When someone publishing a blog doesn’t know what RSS is!

I recently visited a website, www.cbcampus.com and noticed they have a blog, but didn’t notice an available button to subscribe to an RSS feed, so I sent them an e-mail.

Below is a recap from their response:

Your Question, Comment or Feedback:
Does your new www.cbcampus.com website’s blog have an RSS feed available?

Response:
Dear Jason,

Thank you for using CareerBuilder.com! I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with our site. However, I cannot identify your problem with the information you provided. If you
could respond with specific details of the problem, such as a definition of “RSS Feed”, I would be happy to assist you in any way. Thank you for your patience and have a great ay!

I’m sure this is an automated response given it was received so quickly, but I’d think if you’re publishing a blog you’d probably be well served in knowing and understanding what RSS is don’t you think?

I wanted to help you out with the feed you are looking for. I assume that you emailed customer service, so i check with our blog experts.

There is a link on the blog, “Subscribe To This Blog”

It is available by xml which works in all the readers the same way as RSS. Here is the exact link.
