I decided to try the IE7 beta again to see what’s improved. I really like it! I think they’ve done a better job of organizing and streamlining the default interface, although they have made it hard to really adjust it to even a more minimalist state like I prefer. I really try to shrink and stack toolbars and buttons as much as possible and I’m a little limited as to what I can do now compared with IE6.
I’m still getting used to not having some of the extensions I’ve gotten used to having at my disposal with Firefox. Guess I’ll just have to wait and compare it to Firefox RC2 when it’s available in the next few months.
