It seems we’ve been hearing about it now for years, but as of July 1st Bill Gates will no longer be involved in the day-to-day operations of the company he built over 33 years ago.
In his last public speech, he speaks to developers about the past 33 years and some of the products we’ll be looking forward to and using in the weeks, months and years to come.

I’m really looking forward to see how Internet Explorer 8 turns out for the final usage to users. I’ve started learning a little bit more about Silverlight but haven’t gotten into the details of how I can start using it in some websites. I’ve seen how it’s used in a couple of different instances and I’ve liked what I’ve seen so far in the real world.
My second thought is isn’t Microsoft Sync Framework named a little too similar to Microsoft Sync that’s their new automobile entertainment control features.
