Both our kids are now back in school. This is the first year for our daughter. She started on Wednesday and has our son’s old kindergarten teacher, so she’s been “too excited to go to sleep” all week.
Ethan will be a 2nd grader this year and is enjoying being an older brother in school. Something I never experienced.

They’re both so grown up! Where does the time go?
I don’t remember much about being the “older brother” at school…except in the college years.
They’re back to school pretty early…a couple more weeks for us.
Yeah, with Edison schools they start a week earlier and go a week longer. Our stupid school board is probably going to pursue cancelling the 5yr contract they just voted on.
Looks like they are ready for a great year!
