In case anyone was wondering, this isn’t me.
Police say 23-year-old Jason Bean shot and killed his friend, 24-year-old Chad Lumbra, while the two men were hunting together in Peacham in 2005. It was late in the day and Bean told police he thought he was shooting at a coyote.
The article goes on to state he thought he was shooting at a coyote and it would be plead no contest to a manslaughter charge in exchange for only serving 52 weekends in jail.
Granted, it’s not even close to taking someone’s life, but how would it feel to be asked, “What are your plans for the weekend?” and have to be this Jason and answer honestly.
